2 tbsp ghee or butter (or 1 tbsp olive oil);
1 cup tomato passata;
1 cup heavy cream;
1 1/4 tsp salt;

Combine all marinade ingredients and chicken - marinate for 3-24 hours.;
Heat ghee in a pan, add chicken (keep marinade on), cook until white.;
Add tomato passata, cream, salt, and remaining marinade. Simmer for 20 minutes.;
