1 tbsp coconut oil;
1 cup cauliflower, riced;
1/2 cup shredded cabbage;
1/2 small zucchini, diced;
1/4 cup chopped bell pepper;
1/2 tsp turmeric powder;
1/2 tsp cumin powder;
1/4 tsp ginger powder;
1/2 tsp Himalayan salt;
1/4 tsp black pepper;
1 tbsp coconut aminos;
1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro;

Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat;
Add cauliflower rice, cabbage, zucchini, and bell pepper, stirring for 2 minutes;
Sprinkle turmeric, cumin, ginger, salt, and pepper over the veggies and stir well;
Add coconut aminos and cook for another 5 minutes until veggies are tender;
Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve;
