Serves

7 tbsp Coconut Flour;

2.5 tbsp Psyllium Husks;

2 tsp Garlic Powder;

2 tsp Italian Herbs;

1/4 tsp Gluten Free Baking Powder;

2 Eggs;

1 1/4 cups Water;

2.5 tsp Olive Oil;

Directions

20
mins

Add all ingredients to food processor and mix until all ingredients are mixed together.;

Dust large wooden chopping board with coconut/cassava or tapioca flour to stop it from sticking and knead dough on the chopping board for 1 min. Ensure you make a firm ball.;

Separate the dough into 8 smaller balls ensuring they are even. You can weigh them if you want to be precise. Roughly 65 grams each.;

Place a large frying pan over medium - high heat without any oil or butter.;

Get two sheets of baking paper and place a ball in between the two sheets. Squish it flat with your hand to begin then use a rolling pin to roll out your wrap to about half a cm (5 mm) thickness.;

Place a couple wraps in the pan and fry for roughly 2 min or until bubbles start to form. Turn wrap over and fry for a further 1 - 2 minutes until colour looks nice and brown.;

Serve with meat of choice such as lamb and coconut yoghurt or use as naan bread with a cauliflower rice butter chicken.;

You can get creative and add different herbs each time you make them such as chilli, curry powder, goats cheese etc.;
