1 tbsp Olive Oil;
1 tsp Italian Herbs;

1 head Romaine Lettuce, chopped;
1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved;
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated;

Homemade Caesar Dressing

1/2 cup Greek Yogurt;
2 tbsp Lemon Juice;
1 tbsp Dijon Mustard;
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce (gluten-free);
2 cloves Garlic, minced;
1/4 cup Olive Oil;
Salt and Pepper to taste;

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).;
Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.;
Bake the chicken in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until fully cooked. Let it cool, then slice it thinly.;
In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce and cherry tomatoes.;
Prepare the homemade Caesar dressing by whisking together the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic. Gradually add the olive oil while whisking continuously. Season with salt and pepper to taste.;
